I feel valued and respected at Lingotek, and there is definitely a cooperative environment where we try to pool our talents across departments. I haven't felt the same adversarial tension between Sales, Customer Support, and Production that I have in other job fields.

They take the time to develop human elements and recognize that individuals are more than machines
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team interactions carry the essence of cooperation rather than competition. We all want the same things, and tearing each other down won't help us get there
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team in my experience has definitely tried to balance the need for growth and expansion with realistic expectations of what can be done. They consistently express a willingness to hear from employees directly
What did you like most about the interview process?
I originally interviewed for a different position than the one I ended up getting, but the interviewers recognized that I had a skillset that was geared more toward that position and helped me get there
What makes you most happy at work?
When clients recognize the contributions that we make to their own success and our efforts are noted, it brings a special kind of satisfaction. Seeing the final products that we helped build is special as well
