Approachable. Share the mindset that managers and executives are there to support their employees, not the other way around. Lead by example.

It is truly a team that operates based on identifying and implementing the best ideas, arriving at those ideas collaboratively, and without regard from where they came from.

Well, that I am on it first of all. But, seriously, I love being a part of an exec team focused on supporting employees not the other way around.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No one is more than or less than anyone else. Everyone acts as though they own the company, and everyone is empowered to act accordingly. Management is a supportive structure, not the primary driver of action. Bottom up approach to running a business.
