Lingotek has been a great place to work. I've turned down a handful of other job opportunities because of the sense of belonging that I feel at Lingotek. We may not be the flashiest company, but the growth opportunities and the mentorship has been unmatched in my career.

I am most happy when I see our company getting good press and interest from our customers and other companies in the industry.

The leadership team is very receptive to feedback and I feel like they have listened to the employees and their needs, especially during COVID and the constantly changing circumstances that it has brought.

The leadership team has done a good job of eliminating or minimizing egos at Lingotek. Everyone is quick to give credit to others and take blame for themselves rather than looking for a scapegoat.

We have a culture committee that is actually tasked with keeping things light and enjoyable. We have optional after hours get togethers (both in person and virtual). We aren't required to work crazy hours and can have a good work life balance too.

The thing that makes me the most happy at work is to see the progression of my fellow employees. I love hearing about promotions and successes that everyone is having and the impact that those things are having on their families and our customers.

I got to meet all of the key players at the company and they were able to really paint a picture of the potential growth that I could have in my role and future roles at the company. Everything that they told me has come to fruition too (that is really rare).

One of the most positive things about the culture at Lingotek has to be the enthusiasm for the customer. It is really satisfying when you know you have approval to make sure the customer is taken care of in any situation. I think that speaks volumes to the sincerity of our leadership!

The people at Lingotek are the reason that I'm still here. I love interacting with everyone and the passion that they bring to their jobs on a daily basis. The last year has been hard on many, but you wouldn't know it because everyone continues to remain positive and get the job done!
