Everyone works together well, and people move into positions if something outside of the job description is needed.

Politics are pretty low, which is good. People are willing to help with whatever. Hard work is appreciated.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working hard and seeing that hard work being used by our customers. In all my careers, being proud of what I've built has always been very gratifying to me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Being on a team means you have to speak up sometimes, and you have to make concessions sometimes. If you let both of those ideas flow naturally, a better product results.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work well together. Each member of the team is willing to do tasks outside their "job description." Also, there's not a lot of ego, which lends itself to great code.
What did you like most about the interview process?
All interviewing processes in the tech industry can be distilled down to one thing: do you impress the interviewer? At Lingotek, the interviewer looked past superficial puzzle questions and sought genuine work ethic.
What makes you most happy at work?
I take pride in my work. It feels good at the end of the day when my code is organized. When customers specifically state that some feature is working great, it makes me want to provide more features like that. If I can procure that win-win scenario, it makes me happy.
