I have not been here a real long time but I have been able to see from very early on that this is a place that supports each other and gives feedback in a helpful manner
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I got frustrated that there was a lot of talk at the upper level but no follow through and although there were ways to chat with admin, there was never a purposelful intent to gather info from the employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to take on fun projects

They have an easy going style

I don't really know at all

Allow space for creativity and such

Noone's issues are cast off or looked down on

We have fun, don't waste time and support each other

They actually care about the employees. Yes, we need to make a profit, etc but the perspective of the employee is never forgotten.
