There's no expectation of cut-throat behavior or climbing over others for position. Everybody works together in their roles across departments in a cooperative spirit, not competitive.

They don't keep themselves above the rest of our workforce, I know them all on a first-name basis and they know me. They genuinely listen to employee questions and concerns.

I like that they do not micro-manage employees; we're given the freedom to approach tasks with our own knowledge and expertise, and while they offer their experience and guidance, they allow employees to do their jobs.

I was able to meet with the whole department during my first interview and get a sense of the camaraderie among the team. I also applied for one position, but was given a chance to take a different one that I was even more qualified for.
