The executive team was involved in the interview process which showed me that they truly care about who they are hiring.

We work together as a team really well. Our team is full of "teammates" instead of people trying to just "get ahead."

Lingotek is not a large company so it allows the executive team to actually "hear" you as an employee. They get ideas from everywhere and not just from other management. They are great at leading and being transparent.
