Upgrading old systems and creating UI/UX that's smart and fun to interact with.

I really like the HSA, and an unofficial benefit at Lingotek is how flexible it is.

Being able to work through my tasks and helping my coworkers get through theirs. Its very satisfying.

It's a very developer-first attitude when it comes to work-life balance, due dates, etc, and that gets reflected back in quality of work.

We all work together to get tasks done. We communicate well. We have a good rapport. No one has a strong ego that gets in the way.
What did you like most about the interview process?
We do aptitude quizzes before the interview process begins. So you can work on it outside of the potentially stressful interview process. We're more concerned about skill and culture fit than being able to solve esoteric software issues.
