The leadership is very driven and have a great vision for the company. They also care about each of the employees and always do whatever they can to help and support them.

I liked that the interviewer was more concerned with my practical knowledge and my ability to solve difficult problems. The interview was very comfortable and the interviewer took time to help teach me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture around the company is very positive and constructive for everyone looking to work hard and advance their career. We really do approach problems with a team mentality and we find the best solution together.
What makes you most happy at work?
I learn something new every day and I am given a lot of flexibility on how I come to a solution. I also really enjoy working with my team and the support that we provide for each other.
