- What do you like best about the leadership team?They are such an approachable group that truly do put their people first. The team are so considerate with how they approach every initiative and communicate really well to the wider group. They empower their teams and are loyal souls.
- What is the best part about your compensation package?The flexible benefits which allows you to spend some money on something that truly celebrates me as a person is the best part about the package. All the initiatives celebrates people at an individual level and I love that
- What are some of the best things about your team?They are truly invested in the company and the product. It is such a fun environment to work in because everyone respects the value of each person in the business and gives recognition where it is due. It is a super laid back team environment and is what keeps me coming back!

Linktree has teamed up with Trace to measure our carbon footprint across our business. We are offsetting our CO2 emissions via our portfolio of climate credit projects.
We commit 1% of all revenue to support social good causes and initiatives. We use these funds to donate to causes we care about, to build product features with a positive social impact and to fund initiatives sponsored by our DEIB Council.
We are also proud to offer lifetime free PRO for all registered charities and not-for-profits from across the globe. So far, we have helped more than 3,000 charities get set up with free Linktree PRO accounts.
