Flex day, it's a day employees can choose to spend working without meetings, take care of chores, or event just to rest.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to work on new projects and design things I wouldn't have had a chance to do in other large companies.

The Flex Days are a blessing! Occasionally we have things come up in life, or just want a day to relax, on those days I use my flex day!

They are open to feedback and owners of the product. Concerned about where we are heading as a company and product which is vital to the survival of the product.

We keep each other honest. Always looking forward and making sure that things are improving. I feel like we can jump on a huddle at any time and just talk things out.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership within Linus Health has great goals and intentions. All of our leaders are experts in their fields and prioritizing these ideas and requirements is something we are in the process of refining. The openness to this feedback and iteration on these ideas is what I like the most.
