Leadership is disorganized: project management to department heads. Communication needs an overhaul: little trust between departments, duplication of efforts, and possessive silos within work streams. Start with leadership team. More transparency needed and better town halls toward alignment
What makes you most happy at work?
I love that I can be remote and still make a difference at work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I do like that we have stock options. That is different but also much appreciated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture of our team is great. It does not reflect throughout the company though.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think they are very knowledgeable and have a good vision of what this company can be.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are the best at what they do. I have never been somewhere where my coworkers care as much as I do about getting something done and done right. I look forward to every interaction with them.
