LiquidPlanner has had lots of changes while I've been there. Overall, everyone has tried to make them as smooth as possible. It's been fun learning and pushing myself to achieve more than I thought I could.

Seeing my coworkers and taking on interesting challenges.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the approachability of our leadership team. I also really appreciate their enthusiasm and dedication to our success.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a culture of "always be learning" which manifests in employees taking classes, reading books, and listening to podcasts -- and then sharing what they learn. It's motivating and refreshing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very friendly and always willing to go out of his/her way to help one another. I seek advice from my teammates and enjoy interacting with everyone on a personal level as well!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have tons of great perks at LiquidPlanner that make me feel valued. We are all granted a specific amount of money to put towards our personal wellness each year. It's a great way to get outdoors or do whatever makes you feel your best!
What did you like most about the interview process?
I appreciated that LiquidPlanner took the time to evaluate my skills. (I took a test and also demonstrated skills in front of an interviewer). It meant that they were interested in hiring the right person for the job. I also really loved that I was able to speak with the CEO!
