What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flexible work arrangement has become my favorite. However our four weeks of PTO plus two holidays weeks off for a total of six is pretty awesome too!
What did you like most about the interview process?
Got to meet future boss, co-workers and even subordinates. It revealed an important component of the culture at LiquidPlanner - things are done and decisions made as a team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We genuinely like each other. We believe in LiquidPlanner and the path we are pursuing to support customers and find meaningful success for them and us as one doesn't happen without the other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Focused on our future... not overly distracted by the pandemic or today's business challenges. The leadership team gives us freedom to do our best work and keeps us informed so that we can pivot according to new priorities that emerge.
