Very open and communitive. I feel like I can tell my superiors anything.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team gets along great. We have issues we talk them out we rarely but heads and we get the job done while having fun at the same time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Just work way more than 40 hours a week a lot of the time. Salary is nice and appreciated however life is not based on a 60 hr work week.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is friendly and helpful. We work as a team to get things done and the communication is on point. It's just growing pains. A lot to do with not a lot of people.
