I love the leadership's team vision and drive. They are clear about building for the future and it's exciting to be a part of the journey.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'd prefer to talk about these specifics when anonymity is not involved. Without getting too specific, I love the support of my manager and leadership, but believe that my position and responsibilities have a stronger value than have been recognized so far.
What are some of the best things about your team?
LiveControl is full of very good people. People who are intelligent, creative, compassionate and driven. I believe our cultural values are strong and we have great buy in across teams. If I were to identify the best thing about my team, it would be relentless creativity to solve the next big thing
