What is the best part about your compensation package?
Well, I don't really have much more than the salary, due to country related limitations (not an US citizen), but I feel it's more than fair for me!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They've got a clear path to follow, as well as really good ideas. From my direct superior to the CEO everyone's been really toughtful and helpful always I needed it.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I can push forward changes that help my team work in a better way, and when I can accomplish different things I want to try, here I have that possibility.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I believe the culture is really inclusive, and really goes out of its way to accommodate my needs (if I need it). The environment is always really comfortable to be in, and I feel included always.
