Leadership works in a way to lift people up! I have never had such an amazing leadership team.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work together as one team on a mission to build a great workplace and company.
What is most positive is the impact we are making and that we are having fun and supporting one another as we progress.
Everyone treats each other like family. We work together as a team and have lots of fun laughs together. I can honestly say I enjoy engaging with every single person I interact with everyday.
I love the friendship & teamwork mentality.

Met alot of future/current team members
The interview process at Lively is rigorous. While it may be a turn off for some I think it pays significant dividends in terms of finding candidates who add to our culture and are capable of working together from a remove.
