What did you like most about the interview process?

Same as anywhere else. Nothing special

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

16 an hour to drive and do everyone elses job is laughable

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Late deliveries. Lots of wrong parts sent out. Dont pick up returns timely

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Getting the right people in the right positions, put 95% of mgrs out in the yards, if they could handle that.
