i am payed significantly less at my location then my peers at other locations when i have more responsibilities and do a better job. recently there supposedly was a company wide bonus distributed to the people in my position. I have not received it.

Most People work together well.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
COMMUNICATION!!! COMMUNICATION!!! COMMUNICATION!!! More of a standardized pay scale company wide for the same jobs at different sites, then flexibility on the compensation package based on merit and seniority.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've put more time in, have been more dependable, reliable, and compliant then any other person I come in contact with in this company in my position and I get paid at least 10 to 15% less then some if not all of these people. That's why I feel undervalued. Closing the gap would be a start.
