What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The production team works together and executes goals together.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The production team is extremely team oriented at our location. Sales and sales management / administrative are petty and lazy. And the Plant Manager never enforces the sales team to do their jobs, ever.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
To have a more organized interview. Promises that are not able to be kept shouldn't be discussed just to get someone to start working. It's a fallacy for the new employee and a frustration when there isn't any follow through.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are underpaid and overworked; expected to do the job of three as one individual. There is only PTO, no additional Vacation or Sick time. And throughout the pandemic, they have only tried to hide any cases and threaten job loss for trying to follow CDC guidelines
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There's no professionalism in the sales team. They never go above and beyond unless there is a payout in it for them, or the customer is planning on shelling out a lot of money. Otherwise, expect to be treated like gum on the bottom of a shoe.
