Listening to one another and not criticize each other because of a decision or an email or what somebody else did.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team that I have built and mentored on becoming professional and more positive regardless of how they feel of the others around them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I do multiple positions, take care of multiple items as acting as a maintenance associate, IT associate, purchasing associate, supervisor, continuous improvement, engineering projects, networking issues, etc. and don't get paid enough for the dedication and knowledge.
