Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My gender is undervalued. My work ethic is undervalued. Keeping my job would make me feel better about my compensation.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The CEO might want to look into all his GM's. They all do not respect their employees and in such...has a big turnover in employees. No names mentioning but I think gender is a big issue with some GM's, not work ethic. Maybe I'm blind or misread body language, but it's noticeable.
