communication would really be great. Not just saying your a good communicator bout actually being one.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Less pay, I have worked for almost 8 yrs. Worked shipping, receiving, safety coordinator, A/P small pack, big pack. I am making a little over 17:00 an hour so basically for all my time and willingness to learn new things . I'm just making a little over what the new hires are making.
