The pay is not the only way to show appreciation to employees. We would love to be heard and not only torn apart when you decide to not be besties with the managers.

Better pay more help on later shifts DONT LIE TO YOUR EMPLOYEES

sends me home because im pregnant, literally i was not wearing my hat thats it and that was easily fixed i put on one of the store hats and he still sent me home but right next to me my co worker literally is not wearing the work shirt and she is wearing short shorts but he dont send her home he is

Nobody cares about your personal life or your family all they care about is you being present to work for them

I've never been told about benefits nor have I been told about much of anything about the company or what are compensation is. When I ask my manager she says she does not know how is that possible

Maybe you should actually pay your employees when they work for working for you and give them actual benefits and treat them with respect and dignity beacuse they are people to and without them you have no company to run
