Invest in fixing all the broken machinery that brings the customers in and teach staff the proper way to work it.

Corporate doesn't listen and get what we need

Keeping items in stock like cups toilet paper drinks food. We need different management. Someone who cares about our customers and realizes that our customers create our paycheck and when our customers are unhappy they will go elsewhere. I am told daily how our store is going down the hill

To reiterate, a coworker and myself are constantly targeted, berated, and threatened when we cannot/will not do everyone else's job for them at the behest of the managers. Other workers have used profanity on customers and coworkers, destroyed objects out of anger, with not disciplinary recourse.
