Taking care of the GM's and staff in a financial compensation. Slow the very high turnover rate. I have seniority by 2 years which is when i got the job. I've seen it all come through.
They need training in regards to what it takes to be a manager.
Listen, come in and work the shifts you expect employees to work and finish work you expect your employees to finish alone. Add coverage to all shifts not just days! Upper management including owner needs to do what they want store clerks to do for at least 6 months without help!!

The pay is not the only way to show appreciation to employees. We would love to be heard and not only torn apart when you decide to not be besties with the managers.

I need coworkers. I run the most dangerous shift by myself. The fact that you feel comfortable doing that shows that this company doesn't care about its employees safety.

I worry every day I work that I will be fired for something insignificant. Other workers can cuss at customers, smash company property, and berate other employees, yet two workers here at store #27 get singled out to do everyone else's job for them, with the threat of being fired if they don't.

Upper management should come in themselves and work to see how it is. Then listen to staff to implement necessary changes
Actually ask questions and make sure the people applying are who they say they are. One of my coworkers who got fired was hired without having two forms of ID.

No more offer letters, when ppl put in an application and then receive that offer letter they think they have a job

Invest in fixing all the broken machinery that brings the customers in and teach staff the proper way to work it.
