What makes you most happy at work?
I love working with first time homebuyers. We take special care to make sure they feel comfortable and stress free. Always answer their questions and there for them when they need us. Never lose that first time experience!
getting new homeowners into homes, walking them thru the process so that they know we will get there andit is not that hard

Finding someone who truly needs help, doesnt know where the money is coming from to make next months payment, and giving them a complete financial makeover. consolidating their debt. lowering their interest rate, offering them hundreds to thousands of dollars of monthly savings

Everything needs to be changed
I think if leadership doesnt care about employees the good ones will eventually leave. The company cant be successful of they dont treat their statf well. The CEO is very negative in company wide emails, threatens to fire teams and is condescending on town hall meetings.... which should be upbeat
Self-centered leadership is purely report and money-driven without any understanding of the process required of their specific industry.
Processing needs to be responsible for something, they need to have leaders that bring positivity and the moral needs to be lead by a real leader that can build the spirits of the team and not grow hate and discontent.
