For my current position the team interviewing me was easy to talk to and the process was pretty easy.
My team is laid back and friendly but very good at their jobs. They are all willing to help when help is needed.
First off, Jeff Folckemer is no longer CEO. That said the leadership team has worked to make the working environment pleasant and has given employees nice perks.
Most positive is the laid back nature. We work hard to get our work done but it's understood issues come up beyond our control. Everyone is pretty good natured and we all get along pretty well.
Wage gap between executives and workers are large, but that isn't surprising. And for the industry in general my compensation isn't terrible, but it's also a struggle to make ends meet, especially since I've been with the company for over 12 years.
