They are well trained and taught me many new things to advance my contributions
Literally everything. communication is nonexistant. managers do everything in their power to hide and push responsibility onto other people. no backbone, never stand up for their employees. too busy going on golf trips and vacations.
They need to be more visible - if we can go to work in a pandemic, they need to show up. None of us feel like we are "a team" - the store manager is one of the worst I have seen since starting there. She does not inspire us to anything more than the most basic to get the job done marginally.
Working with the assocuates stop back stabbknh
They can't handle scheduling well, they have no flexibility, and their attempts to keep the workers under control bordered on illegal threats to job security or health insurance. There is a strong 'this is your family' sense, until you've caught onto their games and demand overtime pay for overtime

Take care of employees for a change
I received fair pay and was satisfied with my compensation
Our benefits are expensive, insurance is just okay.
Insurance. Time off
being treated like a literal human being
I would like to see us be paid a little bit above NYS minimum wage. How do you expect to hire and retain employees when you are treated as high dispossable, never appreciated for the work you do and not compensated on the scale that Wegman's employees are.
They changed the medical refysed tk pay our pension which did not allow associares to retire with 30 plus years
pay me more than the bare minimum
Part time workers had no job security or benefits. The pay was horrible and management consistently talked down to us. There was no respect for the fact that TOPS pays for an hour of MY time, not the other way around. No joy in the job and nothing of importance was ever done.

my coworkers are great. Silver lining - working for such a crappy company tends to bring people together
What team? We are a sea of individuals trying to keep our heads above water. I have developed relationships with everyone in my store - some I value more than others because of their age, work ethics and attitude in times of distress.
Most if the guys and ladues get along
They all think the same about the company
freiendliness kinda working togetyher and getting along
Review from Sales Dept
For them not to carry on conversations with the customers. Also to stay off their cell phones while working.

my coworkers, that's pretty much it
The people I work with. Managers need to be retrained.
Everyone I met was pleasant and friendly
We all seem to be on the same page
Review from Sales Dept
Stress free, everyone smiles and the team really meshes well together
It's to far gone to change
To restock as needed and clean when needed

i got the job
I felt comfortable and was not too intimidated
The openness, the understanding, the professionalism.
actually give people the hours/benefits/job duties that they're promised when they're interviewed/hired
They were desperate for help, but treated us like we ought to be grateful for working minimum wage with very few legal protections. They acted as if we already owed them our souls.
Review from Sales Dept
Making the promises they intend not to do
better pay more hours and breaks
Review from Sales Dept
My customers and the environment with coworkers. Accomplishing beautiful displays that customers enjoy
Quiting time hopefully after only 8 hours
im the happiness is when i get to go home
Review from Sales Dept
I enjoy what I do so I enjoy the workday
The company brand, I am proud to say I work there
It's overpriced. Everything in the bakery comes in frozen and then we charge like $50 for some 'butercreme' (legally not buttercream) that's shelf stable for five years. There's no donation of leftovers, no reach out to the public or even adequate compensation of employees. Everyone hates it there.
Review from Sales Dept
Employees will never respect the company
coworkers are constantly on their cell phones while cashing people out. They need to stop.
Review from Sales Dept
underpaid for my hard work
