I felt comfortable and was not too intimidated
The openness, the understanding, the professionalism.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
actually give people the hours/benefits/job duties that they're promised when they're interviewed/hired
They were desperate for help, but treated us like we ought to be grateful for working minimum wage with very few legal protections. They acted as if we already owed them our souls.
