Rick Masoni has been Vice President of Business Development of Lockheed Martin Commercial Space Systems of Lockheed Martin Corp. on May 22, 2003 and also serves as Executive Vice President of Lockheed Martin Commercial Space Systems. Mr. Masoni is responsible for managing Lockheed Martin Corp.'s business development team and its major functions, including strategic planning, capture strategy and identification of new technology requirements. Mr. Masoni previsouly served as Executive Vice President of Lockheed Martin Commercial Space Systems (LMCSS) of Lockheed Martin Corp. Mr. Masoni joined Lockheed Martin Corp. in early 2002. He previously served as Executive Vice President and Vice President of Engineering of Lockheed Martin Corp. Mr. Masoni has over three decades of experience in satellite communications, spanning a broad range of disciplines, including business development, sales and marketing, program management, competitive strategy, operational effectiveness, technology and product development. He previously held senior management positions with Space Systems/Loral and Hughes Space & Communications (now Boeing Space Systems).
