Ms. Stephanie C. Hill has been Senior Vice President for Corporate Strategy & Business Development and Corporate Officer at Lockheed Martin Corporation since September 11, 2017. Ms. Hill served as Vice President and General Manager of Cyber, Ships & Advanced Technologies (CSAT) line of business for Rotary and Mission Systems at Lockheed Martin Information Systems & Global Solutions, Inc until September 11, 2017. She served as Vice President and General Manager for RMS - Cyber, Ships & Advanced Technologies at Lockheed Martin Corporation until September 11, 2017. She served as Vice President and General Manager of Information Systems & Global Solutions Civil business at Lockheed Martin Information Systems & Global Solutions, Inc. and oversaw its the strategy and execution of all ship and aviation systems programs. She joined Lockheed Martin in 1987 as a Software Engineer. She served as Vice President of Corporate Internal Audit and General Manager In Electronic Systems' Mission Systems & Sensors business at Lockheed. She served as the Chair of The Greater Baltimore Committee since November 13, 2015 until December 8, 2017 and served as its Director since 2008 until December 8, 2017. She is a Member of the University of Maryland and Baltimore County's (UMBC) Board of Visitors. She sits on the Boards of Directors for the U.S. Coast Guard Foundation. She is the recipient of many awards, including earning the President's Award from the Greater Baltimore Committee in 2013 for her support of minority business development, a sign of her commitment to mentoring others. In 2014, Ms. Hill was also honored as the U.S. Black Engineer of the Year by Career Communications Group and included on EBONY Magazine's Power 100 list, recognizing the achievements of African-Americans in a variety of fields. she was named one of Computerworld's 2015 Premier 100 IT Leaders, one of Maryland's 19th Annual International Leadership Awardees by the World Trade Center Institute and one of The Daily Record's 2015 Influential Marylanders. Ms. Hill has been recognized for her career achievements and community outreach, especially in the advancement of STEM education. Ms. Hill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Economics from the University of Maryland.
