Forward momentum. We are gettings done - and they are the right things to drive a unified oneLogically culture. We've labored under the multi-company disparate environment for too long. While chainge can be painful at times, the investments started in 2022 are paying noticeable dividends.

People want to work together, and as we are now part of a larger company they are realizing that collaboration is encouraged, opportunity to own/lead/influence key deliverables - this is not limited to senior leaders only. If you're willing, there is opportunity to sit at the table.
