- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I think that as a company we are strapped for bandwidth and talent. Because of that, teams are forced to take on more than they, and employees, can handle. Because of budget, employees can't be compensated appropriately. To simply put it, if you are good at your job, you will be given 2X that.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?We were told not to use the word "fast" in 2023. It's still a mindset. I am someone who works fast and efficiently, so I have a huge red flag pop up when I am no longer working fast enough to get projects done. It's also when work gets sloppy and mistakes happen.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?There are hardly any policy and procedures put in place, which makes me completing my day to day tasks take even longer. More and more work is getting pinned on our team, but nothing to show for it. Also, there is almost no recognition for the team.
