Relaxed environment combined with challenging technology. Watch out for Vista acquisition related issues (no stock etc)

What are some of the best things about your team?

Really nice people here, great team to work with. Lots of smart folks.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Total comp is about 35-40% below industry average. Seniority is not respected with new hires.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Very relaxed environment, no dress code at all. Nice to be able to be comfortable at work.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Great organization and very nice people. Excellent prep. No stupidly complex "technical challenge" to qualify for the interview.

What makes you most happy at work?

Company addresses a space that's largely ignored and/or filled with point solutions. Product isn't hypercomplicated like so many competitors. Very well engineered.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Dump the open office format. Realize that as a company grows, the "cool startup" stuff doesn't work. Work from home is inevitable but the CEO doesn't want to acknowledge that.
