When I came to work at LM it was all sunshine and rainbows. The team I worked in all went to the sales club and did very well on commissions. After a year though the team hasn't made its number ever, I'm depressed and anxious, and generally miserable. I hate working here.

Bring back everything they took away from us and make the office a fun place to go to again.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This company pays at least 25% below market rates for all positions. The comp and benefits are some of the worst in the industry.
