View ArticleWhat is Azure Log Analytics?Azure Log Analytics is a subset of the Azure Monitoring service. Log data collected by Azure Monitor is stored in a Log Analytics workspace, which is based on Azure Data Explorer. It collects telemetry from a variety of sources. Many companies are already using Azure services; directly or indirectly. Directly is a workload like virtual server or appliance. Indirectly would be using Azure Directory Services while using Teams. In either case, there is already some level of experience with Azure. This includes Directory Synchronization and access delegation to service payments. Because of this adding Azure log services becomes a simple add-in. Azure Log Services can be used to monitor more than just Skype Room Systems. It can monitor all levels of a Windows-based system as well as syslog services and direct file analytics. It offers robust tools and query languages to develop reports on different types of logs. Please see Setting up Azure Log Analytics for more information.

View ArticleLogitech only offers custom fitted ear cushions for the custom line of earphones at this time.
We do not recommend using custom fitted ear cushions with any other line of earphones as that may affect the sound.
View ArticleThis is usually caused by vibration and bumps being transmitted through the cable. To resolve it, please do the following:
Loop the earphone cables up over the top and back of your ear instead of allowing them to hang straight down. This will reduce or eliminate the noise.
If your earphone cables have a cinching slider, tighten your cable up so as to make contact with your skin.
If you are participating in a sport or other physical activity, run the cable up and over the top of your ear, tighten your cable cinch (if present) and place the cable cinch at the back of your head near the base of your skull.
The preceding actions will reduce or eliminate the vibrations being transmitted to your ears, and should also reduce the rustling and scraping noises.
Additional Information:
If the above solutions do not resolve your problem, consult
Knowledge Base article 12293 for instructions on contacting Logitech Technical Support.
View ArticleThere are two processes involved in replacing the cable on your SuperFi 5 Pro earphones:
Remove the current cable
Install the new cable
Remove the current cable:
To remove the current cable, please do the following:
Wrap some tape or other visible marker around the cable you will replace. This tape is simply to help identify which cable will be discarded.
Firmly grasp the body of the earphone with one hand, then hold the plastic boot of the cable with the other hand.
Pull the cable directly away from the earphone to remove the cable.
NOTE: Use a gentle and steady pressure - sudden yanking may damage the earphone. Gently wiggle or rock the cable while pulling. The cable will be firmly mounted, so be patient and steady.
Once the cable has been removed from one earphone, place the earphone in a visible and safe location on a flat surface.
Repeat steps 2-4 for the other earphone, then discard the marked and damaged cable.
Install the new cable:
To install the replacement cable, please do the following:
Pick up one of the earphones, and identify if it is the Left (L) or Right (R) earphone.
The replacement cable will be identified on the boot connector by a (L) or a (R) marker, as well as a ridge to denote which way the connector will be oriented when plugged into your earphone. Match the appropriate end of this cable to your earphone.
Make sure the ridge on the boot of the cable connector lines up with the groove on the body of the headset before trying to connect the new cable to the earphone.
Place the connector against the earphone to align the contacts, then gently press the boot into the connector on the earphone.
Once the boot of the cable firmly connects with the body of the earphone, the cable has been installed.
Repeat steps 1-5 to attach the other earphone to the cable.
Test the earphones on a device with a fully functioning audio jack to make sure the cables were installed properly. In addition, gently wiggle the cable near the jack and the earphones to test for any static or other sound issues.
View ArticleIf your earphones sound weak, muffled or strange after a long workout, it may be due to sweat having collected in your ear canals and wet the filters in your earphones. If this occurs, it can adversely affect the sound quality of your earphones.
To resolve this, allow your earphones to dry in an airy, indoor environment at room temperature for several hours. Once dry, your earphones will sound fine.

Freedom / Jaybird App Troubleshooting and Support - the following topics are covered in this troubleshooting guide:
Pairing Freedom
Pairing Steps for Android
Pairing with iPhone and iPad
Jaybird App Support
iOS Considerations
Troubleshooting Steps
Reset Headphones
Multipoint
Using ShareMe
Pairing Freedom - General
Put Freedom in pairing mode- To put Freedom in pairing, from an off state, press and hold the center button for 4 seconds until you hear Searching for your music device after Power On.Freedom will also go directly into pairing mode when turned on for the first time.
Standard pairing troubleshooting is applicable.
Pairing Steps for AndroidIf using the Jaybird App, Android users can pair from within the Jaybird App on first use:
Open the Jaybird Appfor the first time and selectPair.
Put Freedom into pairing mode and select Scan for Devices.
The Jaybird AppDashboard will appear and aPaired Successfullymessage will show.
Standard pairing troubleshooting is applicable if there are issues.
Pairing with iPhone and iPadTo pair Freedom to iPhone, you need to pair through your phones settings. Once this is done, you can open the Jaybird App and selectConnectto create a BLE pair to the app. You cannot pair directly through the Jaybird App, and you are unable to use the Jaybird App until your headphones have been paired in Settings.NOTE:iPhone uses classic Bluetooth for music and calls (the same as X2), but uses BLE to communicate with the Jaybird App. This is different to Android that uses classic Bluetooth for both.
Jaybird AppSupportAs stated above, iOS and Android communicate differently with Freedom. Android uses classic Bluetooth, meaning that the Jaybird App will only interact with Freedom devices that are connected to the phone. iOS operates differently with audio playing through classic BT as normal, but the Jaybird App interacting with BLE.iOS Considerations
Listen to Music on one pair of Freedom, use the Jaybird App on another - If two sets of Freedom are paired to your iPhone, and both are powered on, when the Jaybird Appis opened, we cannot be sure which pair of headphones will connect to the Jaybird App. It may, or may not, be the headphones that arebeing used to listen to music. Solution:Turn off the headphones you do not want to connect to, or in the Jaybird App, go toSupport>Remove Connected Devices, then open the app again to connect only to the active pair of headphones.
Connect in the Jaybird App even after Freedom Forgotten - The user can forget their Freedom headphones in the Bluetooth settings, but still be able to interact with them via the Jaybird App. Solution:In the Jaybird Appgo toSupport>Remove Connected Devices.
Two Jaybird Freedom in Bluetooth Settings - Two Jaybird Freedom will show in the Bluetooth setting when the headphones are on (and the Jaybird Apphas been connected to the headphones). One connection is the Classic Bluetooth connection for music/calls, and the other is the BLE connection to talk to the Jaybird App. The BLE connection will not show when the headphones are off. The BLE connection cannot be forgotten. This scenario may cause confusion, but is not a functional issue.
Music from One Source, the Jaybird App on another iPhone - As iOS uses both forms of Bluetooth, it is possible to be listening to music from one source while changing your sound settings in the Jaybird App on another iPhone. This scenario may cause confusion, but is not a functional issue.
No Jaybird App Connection when away from phone - As iOS uses both forms of Bluetooth, it is possible tolistento music while away from your phone, but not beable to connect to the Jaybird App. The Bluetooth signal strength between Freedom and the phone for music is stronger than the connection between Freedom and the Jaybird App.
TroubleshootingMost issues can be fixed by taking the following steps:General connection issues
Forget Jaybird Freedom in the phones Bluetooth Settings.
Pair again through Bluetooth Settings(if this does not work, go to step 3).
Ensure Freedom are fully charged and try again(if this does not work, go to step 4).
Factory reset Freedom and try again
Jaybird App connection issues
iOS:
Open the Jaybird App, goMore>Support, and select Remove Connected Devices. This will forget all BLE pairs. Close the Jaybird App. Or if you get the Wecan'tconnect to your headphones screen, select Pair New Device and this will forget all BLE pairs.
Ensure Freedom are paired as per General connection issues above.
Open the Jaybird App. It should search for a connection and create a new BLE pair automatically.
If the above steps donot work, uninstall the Jaybird App. Reinstall and try again.
Android:
Follow the General connection issues stepsabove.
When paired, open the Jaybird Appand the user should be taken to the Dashboard.
NOTE:If using Android M, you may experience an unexpectedly high volume at low volume settings as described here.
Reset HeadphonesThere are two forms of Reset for Freedom:
Soft Reset- this is done automatically when the headphones are placed in the charger Because of this, the headphones will turn off if you are listening and connect the charging clip
Factory Reset- double click the center button when in pairing mode
MultipointMultipoint allows you to connect your headphones to two different devices at once. This allows you to listen to music from one device while answering an incoming call from another. To create a Multipoint connection, simply pair your Freedom to two different devices as you would normally. When your headphones are turned on and in range of these two devices, they will automatically connect to create a Multipoint connection.
NOTE:This also means the headphones can connect to a maximum of two devices at once. You would be unable to connect to a third device simultaneously. You would need to disconnect from one of the first two devices first.
Using ShareMeShare the music you are listening to with another pair of Freedom buds. This allows a music source to play music on one pair of Freedom which in turn send the same music to a second pair of Freedom. Follow these steps to connect a second pair of buds:
Power on both buds, with just one of the buds paired and connected to only one device.
Push and holdVol +on the connected buds, while you push and hold theVol -on the second buds until the LEDs on both buds are flashing red/green.
Both buds will be connected when the LEDs stop flashing and Headphones Connected will play on both buds.
Play Music and hearthem on other buds.
NOTE:ShareMe is not possible in Multipoint. While in ShareMe, you may not be able to use the Jaybird App.
