What makes you most happy at work?
There are a few people who can cut through all of the unecessary complexities and help me get things done. Getting things done is what makes me the happiest.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are well intentioned and trying to make the most of the org structures that were put in place last year. Its time to raise the flag though and admit it isn't working. It appears that this is beginning and i look forward to the pendulum swinging further.
