Stock! Surprise bonuses, off schedule salary increases. When I take on more, I'm always delighted by my package change.

We are super diverse, and all authentic. We connect we share. It's the most authentic group of smart people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Leaders have our back. I can make decisions independently and know that if something goes wrong, I'm still ok by communicating with higher ups.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I met everyone -- I really liked the people I met. Interview styles were wildly different. But no one was arrogant and all wanted to hear my views.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open door policy. Not just a seat at the table, you have a voice at the table. There's never been a concern that I feel wasn't explored, investigated thoroughly and dealt with honestly. In the right way.
