What is the best part about your compensation package?
Educational opportunities. There is room to do more here but the company's development team really cares and sets up a lot of development and feedback programs throughout the year.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is more approachable than at most companies this size, always open to feedback and pretty transparent about big decisions. They're just good people who care about company and its employees.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Meeting culture here could be updated. Pros, we're big on remote work and video calls, which helps a lot. Cons, and this varies by team, but there are too many information sharing meetings as opposed to decision making meetings.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're not perfect, but there's a big focus on work/life balance, open communication, and doing the right thing for the right reason. It's a healthy environment that really rewards positive, hard-working people, though there will always be the occasional exception to the rule.
What did you like most about the interview process?
You meet several people from your future team, all of whom interview from a different perspective. It can be a bit intimidating, but you get a solid feel for the work you'll be doing and it is pretty clear that the teams at Logitech care about who they add.
