The leadership team at LogRhythm is incredibly involved and truly cares for their employees at every level. Our CEO would regularly walk the floor and just talk to us to see how we are doing. Other managers do the same; not because they were told to, but because the seem to genuinely care.

They start on day 1 and flex-time off has no limit, so no set amount of time off you can take. Bonus and referral compensation are also at the top level for the industry and various roles.
The salary is very good, benefits are good, time off and work-life balance are part of the culture.

During the hiring process team input is considered 100% of the time to make sure everyone fits the culture and overall synergy to ensure success in assimilation.
We work hard and care about our products and we also value work-life balance. Management is very supportive of time-off and being flexible to mitigate burnout. People are all friendly and very capable so we are surrounded by valuable resources if we need help.

Managers should have a right attitude
Very focused with the entire team.
You will be interviewed by your peers. I'm in the interview team training right now, and it's incredibly detailed and they do focus on skills but also make it fun and transparent in setting initial expectations for employees.

there should be a proper interview process, however in our company HGS people will employ and wants only their people and they give importance only for them who bows or falls on managers feet
