The leadership team at LogRhythm is incredibly involved and truly cares for their employees at every level. Our CEO would regularly walk the floor and just talk to us to see how we are doing. Other managers do the same; not because they were told to, but because the seem to genuinely care.

Leadership cares about both the product and the teams. My manager is empowering and very good at removing obstacles that I encounter.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
They start on day 1 and flex-time off has no limit, so no set amount of time off you can take. Bonus and referral compensation are also at the top level for the industry and various roles.
The salary is very good, benefits are good, time off and work-life balance are part of the culture.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
we feel undervalued when the manager is showing attitude just because he wants to show he knows better twist his words and makes sure he is right and we are wrong
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all dedicated to satisfying the customer.
Teamwork is big here and everyone actively helps each other grow so that all ships rise together.
we work without thinking of benefits or hours just work based on our intrest and would share the knowledge when there is any crisis
My team is focused and cares deeply about the product that we work on. Everyone has a voice and we don't shy away from painful or critical topics if they improve functioning or morale on the team.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are recognized based on merit.
During the hiring process team input is considered 100% of the time to make sure everyone fits the culture and overall synergy to ensure success in assimilation.
We work hard and care about our products and we also value work-life balance. Management is very supportive of time-off and being flexible to mitigate burnout. People are all friendly and very capable so we are surrounded by valuable resources if we need help.

Managers should have a right attitude
What did you like most about the interview process?
Very focused with the entire team.
You will be interviewed by your peers. I'm in the interview team training right now, and it's incredibly detailed and they do focus on skills but also make it fun and transparent in setting initial expectations for employees.
Got asked great questions - felt like I could learn from these people Got toured around the facility - felt wanted Could tell more emphasis was placed on culture - which was nice
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
there should be a proper interview process, however in our company HGS people will employ and wants only their people and they give importance only for them who bows or falls on managers feet
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing the passion, courage and perseverance increasing each quarter.
The challenge and constantly learning, while still having the freedom to manage my own day without micro-managing from higher-ups.
Solving challenging problems and learning new technologies. Everyday is something new.
