What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy at work is being part of a supportive and collaborative environment where my contributions are valued. Having meaningful work, a great team, and leadership that encourages growth makes each day rewarding.
They are people focused. We have great amenities within the office and great worklife balance
The holidays and pto mostly
LVS needs to reorient - currently, the goals of the company and the money are going in different places. Less cannonballs, more excellence.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Microsoft should have much higher standards of conduct for their partners, these scumbags make Microsoft look bad. And Microsoft ignoring what these people do makes them just as bad.
