What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency and the fact that they are approachable and curious when you reach out to them or ask questions.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I really appreciate the 6 weeks of PTO time!
freedom to use the PTO days however I see fit. Whether it's for sick days, mastery or vacations.

What are some of the best things about your team?
I am grateful to work with smart, caring, and professional colleagues who strive to make a positive impact. The positive work environment allows for greater efficiency and enjoyment. Additionally, there are no microaggressions, which is a marked difference from my previous workplace.
Loopio hires very driven, hard-working, and smart people. It's amazing to learn from them and to feel supported and appreciated

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A company that truly values diversity and employees' belongingness. Easily the best People team I have worked with. They have developed a 3-year DEIB strategy, and we are already seeing the impact of it in the many initiatives rolled out (annual DEI report, ERGs, training programs/workshops).
The people team ensures the employees are taken care of.
We have a very supportive environment that fosters learning and professional development

What makes you most happy at work?
The amazing remote-first culture. I'm blown away by the effort put out to ensure that employees work in a healthy environment where they can comfortably learn and grow. It is evident through our Glassdoor rating of 4.8 that Loopio is building a truly special culture.
