- What makes you most happy at work?The amazing remote-first culture. I'm blown away by the effort put out to ensure that employees work in a healthy environment where they can comfortably learn and grow. It is evident through our Glassdoor rating of 4.8 that Loopio is building a truly special culture.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?A company that truly values diversity and employees' belongingness. Easily the best People team I have worked with. They have developed a 3-year DEIB strategy, and we are already seeing the impact of it in the many initiatives rolled out (annual DEI report, ERGs, training programs/workshops).
- What are some of the best things about your team?I am grateful to work with smart, caring, and professional colleagues who strive to make a positive impact. The positive work environment allows for greater efficiency and enjoyment. Additionally, there are no microaggressions, which is a marked difference from my previous workplace.
