There are people in leadership who are very trigger happy and very influenced by what vendors say. We spend a lot of time educating them and fighting against terrible ideas.
How flexible is your work schedule? can you work remotely?
L'Oreal tends to be more old-school. Many brands limit WFH priveledges to 2x per month.
How does your boss handle conflict? Good? Bad?
Terrible. She burns bridges and gossips about others.
Do you get to go to any cool conferences that your company pays for?
Rarely. Typically internal-only conferences. Budgets are tight for travel
