Dismal and frustrating. It's like my career hit a brick wall and is dying a slow, painful death.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Basic salary and 401(k) matching.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I don't enjoy going to work with no leadership and nothing to work towards.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The team is lacking basic leadership skills and the ability to be proactive and think strategically.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

I think the company should invest in some manager training and development and promote people to managers if they possess the necessary skills, not based on popularity.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

We need a leader in the department to manage things. Currently, my coworkers and I just kind of fumble around determining for ourselves who does what and our manager doesn't seem to care to manage the department.
