Co-workers provide a toxic environment, only attitude changes can improve work experience. Dread work everyday.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Older people need to be more open to new ideas as well as get rid of attitude towards females and younger co-workers.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Employee are toxic catty people who have a problem with women and young people. Very old co-workers who consistently keep company back due their lack of education in their field.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They asked about past skills as well as were okay with lack of current skills if you showed a drive to improve your ability and capability regarding job you were being interviewed for. Noticed it was only male managers--glaring and common throughout all leadership in company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
You have to take mandatory five vacations days off from your own time during their annual Christmas shutdown. As a new employee, this make its difficult to accumulate enough hours to have two weeks paid vacation as it comes out of your own time. Not even Christian.
