What did you like most about the interview process?The interview process is long. Expect it to take months, with a long written examination, essay test, and multiple interviews.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Pay is excellent. You get excellent health, dental, and vision insurance for you and your spouse and children. You also get life insurance and options to purchase additional insurance options. You pay into your pension plan and can pay for additional retirement accounts.
What makes you most happy at work?I love the work I do, and love working for our clients.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?I feel the leadership needs to have better comunication.
