Our team is very tight knit and enjoys spending time together

The upbeat and progressive easy to make changes when they identify a problem or solution.
Everyone is energetic and friendly across all fields, it really feels like a team

The hierarchy needs to change . The issues bleed down from the top.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was not a long drawn-out process. They made a decision and executed it.
The interview process was very fast and very straightforward which is important when looking for new work
